Don’t be discouraged – some meetings will go better than others

Being a Meetup Organizer is like being on a great adventure. There are ups and downs, good times and not-so-good times. It won’t always be easy, but once you get your new Meetup group going, you’ll be glad you did. Especially when you're starting out, it's important to remember two things:

1. It will take time for your Meetup group to get into full swing


2. You will hit some bumps in the road, even after your Meetup group seems to be in full swing.

Lots of very successful organizers have bad Meetups from time to time.
